So far it’s been a quiet week around town….this weekend should be a blast though! Especially Sunday at the Park Silly Market’s October-Fest! If you have not been to the Park Silly market you must go THIS WEEKEND! The lower half of Main Street is shut down and the festival features arts, crafts, bands, dancers, a beer garden, small farmers market, and much more!!!
As far as the Real Estate Market goes, 19 new properties have came on the market, 8 have gone under contract, and 4 have sold. The high notes are:

PENDING:
