It’s been snowing and snowing and snowing here in Park City…Deer Valley and the other resorts have gotten up to three feet recently on top of what we had already….nice!
Rob and I will be out on the slopes this weekend so if you’re around, send us and email! I can’t wait to ski Stargazer, my favorite run at DV!
Here’s hoping you get everything you asked Santa for this year….and if the economy won’t allow for that…don’t forget to take some time and effort to help out those less fortunate…giving to others can do wonders for a economic mess weary soul these days!
AND NOW…..P R O M O N T O R Y U P D A T E ! !
December 22- At a status conference in Bankruptcy Court, Promontory advised the Court that, at the end of December, it will be filing three motions: (i) motion to extend DIP financing through March 31, 2009, (ii) renewed motion to approve sales and bidding procedures (allowing additional time to conduct marketing), and (iii) renewed motion to approve proposed Disclosure Statement (same). These matters would be heard by the Bankruptcy Court on January 15, 2009. The Committee intends to support these motions.
December 11- At the continued hearing on Promontory’s proposed Disclosure Statement, Credit Suisse asked the Bankruptcy Court to deny Promontory’s proposed Disclosure Statement. Promontory asked the Court to further continue the hearing. The Court continued the hearing without date.
Looks like the club operations will continue, and the auction might get underway soon!
