Well we made it through another Sundance, and are alive and well. It was a little slower than usual, but as a local it was actual nice to get out and enjoy some events.
Since last Thursday we have got over 2 feet of snow! Sunday and Minday were great powder days….especailly off Mayflower in Deer Valley!!! It looks to warm up a little for this weekends Freestyle World Cup events at Deer Valley (moguls and aerial events)…on the same runs the 2002 Olympics took place.
As for the market, we are continuing to see about 2 transactions a day go under contract and 2 transactions a day close. There are a ton of properties coming on the market, and even more adjusting (lowering) their prices….who woulda thought?!?!? Below are some notable properties:

-Nice lot in Promontorey down from $325k to$190k….best buy of the week!

-Comstock Lodge unit in Deer Valley at $636,000; 2bd/2ba, 1264 sq ft.
-Christopher Home at Empire Pass in Deer Valley at $3.99m; 4bd/6ba, 3878 sq ft, $1028 pssf.

-Promontory lot at $210,000….any activity is good activity!
