In just skimming over the documents, it does look like Pivotal is out. Which contradicts what I heard about a week ago. I am meeting with an executive out there next week, so I am interested in what his take is…..as a member and Realtor. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

The amendment to Promontory’s reorganization plan is a substantial change, interesting. I wonder if that puts Pivotal back in under an auction scenario. Hmmm.
